Yamamoto Foundation

The Yamamoto Foundation project was established by Mr. Hiroshi Yamamoto in collaboration with Lailaolab ICT Solutions Co., Ltd. The purpose of this project is to promote, develop, uplift, strengthen, and create an educational process for Lao youth, fostering their growth and resilience. It achieves this by providing scholarships to talented and capable students in the Lao PDR.

Mr. Yamamoto's Work History

Mr. Yamamoto established a company named BitLink in 2000. Initially, the company focused on creating websites but later shifted its core business to website development to stay competitive in the market.

Mr. Yamamoto places great emphasis on management based on human-centered principles. He firmly believes in trust and self-reliance, enabling employees to have autonomy and decision-making power. His core philosophy is self-sustainability, viewing it as a key driving force for starting and sustaining a business.

Additionally, starting a business has allowed him to explore new experiences and continually develop himself. His approach to management and entrepreneurship reflects his belief in the importance of personal growth and independence, which remain central to his professional endeavors.
